After World War II, Bonneville Salt Flats racers began taking surplus stream line auxiliary fuel tanks off of large military aircraft and turning them into race cars. Featuring a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, this roadster includes many aircraft components into its design to truly be a car/plane racing hybrid.
This Crow Lakester is not only a nicely done, period correct rendition of these cars, but it is also said to be street legal.
