SRT Viper Goes Italian with Abarth Venom: 2012 SEMA Show

A pleasant surprise greeted us in the Mopar booth at the 2012 SEMA Show; an SRT Viper modified by none other than famed Italian tuning house, Abarth.

A seemingly incongruous match up just a few years ago, in our post-recession world Abarth parent company Fiat is now also in control of all things Chrysler.

Though it’s nothing extreme, the SRT Viper is truly track inspired, with a custom carbon fiber chassis brace. The SRT Viper now handles better with Magneti Marelli springs, which lower the Viper two inches. Additional performance comes from a cold air intake kit, while braking has been enhanced with a Brembo front big brake kit.
