Lexus LF-CC Rumored for Production
Lexus’ plan for more coupe models has already been revealed, and now Autocar is reporting that the LF-CC has been confirmed for production.
The LF-CC concept was first revealed during this year’s Paris Motor Show as a concept, and it was originally thought to be a showcasing for the future IS coupe. Now, it seems apparent that the LF-CC will sit atop the IS, although the two cars are likely to share platforms.
Talking to AutoGuide about Lexus Coupe models, Lexus marketing boss Brian Bolain said, “we definitely have a void there today,” commenting that without such a car it’s “hard to be taken seriously from a performance perspective.”
