Koenigsegg Regera ‘Megacar’ Announced
Koenigsegg is planning something huge for the Geneva Motor Show: a “megacar.”
Along with the Agera RS that is set to debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show next month, the Swedish automaker has now announced that it’ll debut a “megacar” called the Regera as well. Unfortunately, the company hasn’t shared any details on the Regera but considering Koenigsegg is billing it as a megacar it’ll have a lot to live up to.
This isn’t the first time Koenigsegg used the term “megacar” either. Last year it revealed the Agera One:1 using the same suggestive title.

It has been rumored that Koenigsegg has been working on a new supercar but earlier reports suggested that it would be an entry-level model. It’s likely that Koenigsegg wants to debunk those rumors before the Regera event debuts, so don’t be surprised if it’s an all-new vehicle that’s even faster and more powerful than the Agera One:1.
