Ford is Now Taking Orders for the 2017 Raptor

You can now order the new 2017 Ford F-150 Raptor.

Production on the all-new Raptor is set to begin this month and already orders are pouring into Ford dealerships nationwide. According to the American automaker, the Raptor Build and Price configurator received over 90,000 hits in the first 10 days, setting records and driving traffic to Ford dealerships. So far, most popular options on the online configurator include SuperCrew (91 percent), Luxury Group (90 percent) and Technology Package (77 percent).

With a starting price of $49,250, some dealers are watching customer waiting lists grow, like Team Ford in Las Vegas. As one of the most successful Ford Raptor dealers in North America, Team Ford already has nearly 300 customers in a waiting list, receiving two to three calls a day from customers around the country looking to place an order. Demand has been so impressive that the dealer has had to turn many orders away due to supply allocation limits.

“This is one of the fastest and most popular product launches we’ve seen in some time. Site traffic volume on the Raptor pages is currently more than five times our other performance vehicle lines and dealer demand is far ahead of expectations, which demonstrates to us that the Ford Performance team hit their mark with the new F-150 Raptor” said Rob Rosenbach, Ford F-150 brand manager.
