In ninth place is the Ford Escape which moved 25,826 units last month. The redesigned crossover has been doing well since it first hit dealerships and saw a 52-percent growth compared to April 2012. In total, 98,809 Escapes have been sold this year and with its price starting from $22,470 we can see why it’s one of the best-selling cars in April.
