Aston Martin One 77 Wrecked in China, May be Irreparable
News that one of the Aston Martin One 77 supercars bit a curb and suffered severe damage has surfaced, narrowing the already tiny number of units that exist.
With 700-hp naturally aspirated V12 and only 77 built, the apex of Aston performance is now a little lonelier. The car is said to be recently delivered and maybe not even registered yet or insured yet. That’s especially stinging because of the 1 million euro price tag the car commands.
With its super-rigid carbon fiber monocoque, the car is likely to either be a write-off or immensely expensive to repair. Given that there don’t appear to be any license plates on the car, there’s a chance the owner might be saddled with the whole bill, though information on the incident isn’t readily available.
