2013 Honda Crosstour Gets Earth Dreams V6, Price Drop
The 2013 Honda Crosstour, based on the recently tested Honda Accord, has been revealed today by the company, sporting a new V6 engine from Honda’s Earth Dreams line, and a base price $525 less than the 2012 model.
Base MSRP for the 2013 Crosstour is $27,230, which will get you two-wheel drive and a four-cylinder engine that makes 192 hp and 162 lb-ft of torque. A five-speed automatic transmission is standard equipment, and helps the Crosstour achieve 22 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 25 mpg combined.
A new V6 from Honda’s Earth Dreams lineup of engines is now available for the Crosstour as well, and has cut fuel usage by 2 mpg across the board, now rated at 20 city, 29 highway and 23 combined. It puts out 278 hp and 252 lb-ft of torque, and uses cylinder deactivation to help maximize fuel economy. The V6 is mated to a six-speed automatic, and is also available with a real-time four-wheel drive setup.
