Nissan GT-R gets In-Depth look by National Geographic
National Geographic is taking an in-depth look into a car which they say “breaks all the rules” for how a supercar should be designed, the Nissan GT-R.
The GT-R is one of the most affordable supercars on the market today, squeezing 545 hp and 463 lb-ft of torque out if its 3.8-liter V6, all for a MSRP of $96,820. National Geographic will be covering the production process behind the GT-R, as well as the story of the car, from conception to production.
The program will air on Thursday, December 13 at 7:00 p.m.
While the clips in the teaser video below are certainly of the GT-R, the exhaust note heard at the beginning and end of the video are clearly sampled from another car. Chalk it up to the magic of television I guess.
