2014 Mercedes E-Class Revealed in Leaked Images
Though we have seen an undisguised version of the 2014 E63 AMG already, the first official images of the Mercedes E-Class hit the web today.
The styling of the E-Class received a pretty significant update, with one of the biggest changes being the absence of the iconic quad headlights, though the new front lights have LED dividers to make them appear like a quad-light setup. Along with the lights, the hood and front bumper get some new looks as well, making the front end of the car a little more fluid than the previous generation, and bringing it closer in the line with Mercedes’ overall styling.

Engine options are expected to be a V6 3.5-liter with 333 hp, and a turbocharged V8 4.6-liter with 435 hp. For AMG units, the brand’s bi-turbo 5.5-liter V-8 that makes 575 hp and an estimated 590 lb-ft of torque will likely be under the hood. The E63 is also set to receive an all-wheel drive setup.
The new 2014 E-Class is expected to make its public debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show in January.
