2013 Shelby Focus ST Gets New Parts, Same Power
Shelby is changing it up with a four-door, turbocharged model based on the already sporty Ford Focus ST.
The spirit of Carroll Shelby is alive and now gunning for a whole different class of vehicle than the traditional Shelby-tuned Mustangs.
For an extra $14,995, Focus ST buyers get Shelby-spec front brakes, rear rotors, a short throw shifter, Ford racing suspension, a new cat-back exhaust and a spiced up interior. The wheels and tires are also upgraded over the normal Ford Focus ST.

The 2013 Shelby Focus ST also gets a number of Shelby badges and a flashy exterior graphics package.
The stock power numbers on the car are a huge departure from Shelby’s usual practice of pumping up production cars with tons of added horsepower. Shelby does promise an optional performance tune, which would surely bump up the power coming out the EcoBoost 2.0L engine.
Shelby promises up to 40 mpg in its Focus ST, which is limited to just 500 units.
