2014 Acura MDX Priced From $43,185
Acura has announced pricing for its redesigned 2014 MDX, which will start at $43,185.
Front-wheel drive is now available with the MDX, but for buyers who plan on tackling something more than just pavement, Acura’s super-handling all-wheel drive system is also an option. The base price for super-handling models is $45,185. If you load up a super-handling model with the technology package, the price jumps up to $49,460, while the top-spec model comes in at $57,400. Thanks to the availability of front-wheel drive, the MDX’s base price is about $900 less than last year’s all-wheel drive only model.

Under the hood of the 2014 MDX is a 3.5-liter V6 making 290 hp and 267 lb-ft of torque. When equipped with front-wheel drive, the MDX is EPA rated at 20 mpg city and 28 highway, while the super-handling all-wheel drive model gets 18 mpg city, 28 mpg highway.
New standard options on the 2014 MDX include LED headlamps, rear backup camera, keyless entry, and a driver’s-knee airbag. Opt for the technology package, and buyers will be treated to features likes 19-inch wheels, forward collision warning and auto-braking. Fully loaded, the MDX comes complete with a 16.2-inch rear-entertainment screen, lane keep assist and active cruise control.
