Jaguar F-Type Offered with Luxury Home Purchase

If you’re in the market for a luxury home in Ottawa, Canada, there’s one for sale and it comes with a free Jaguar F-Type.

Surface Developments is throwing in a free F-Type with the purchase of an extravagant house at 211A Melrose Avenue in Ottawa, Canada. The home builder says the deal is good for a limited time only, though it didn’t specify just how long it’s good for.

The Jaguar F-Type can be had with either a 3.0-liter V6 engine that makes either 340 hp or 380 hp, or a 5.0-liter V8 with 495 hp. It’s unclear which F-Type comes with the luxurious house. Then again, if you can afford the home then the F-Type is probably just icing on the cake.
