9. MINI JCW Concept

An all-new version of the classic Mini Cooper was revealed this year, and that means that a high-performance John Cooper Works version will arrive soon, which is why Mini brought a new JCW Concept to the Detroit Auto Show.

The JCW Concept looks the part of a performance machine with added side skirts, a rear apron as well as a new rear diffuser. Stiffer springs and high-performance brakes round out the package.

What’s going on under the hood is still a mystery, but rumors suggest that the car will be powered by a small turbo four-cylinder that will make in excess of 210 hp and hustle this little car to 60 mph in under six seconds.
