2015 Jeep Renegade Leaked Ahead of Geneva Debut

The baby Jeep model, previously known as the Jeepster, has leaked ahead of its Geneva Motor Show debut.

The Fiat-based Jeep model will reportedly be called the Renegade and sports the same exterior styling as the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. The photos show the Renegade off road meaning that it’ll be trail rated and it’ll possibly come with a removable roof.

While earlier reports had the baby Jeep model based on the Fiat 500L, it looks more like it could be based on the Fiat Panda. Check back for more information when the 2015 Jeep Renegade makes its official debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

Sources say that the North American version of the Renegade will be powered by a 1.4-liter turbocharged engine mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The other powerplant to be offered will be a 2.4-liter four-cylinder paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
