2015 Chevy City Express Priced from $22,950
Chevrolet’s new city delivery van will hit dealers in the fourth quarter of this year, and it will do so with a $22,950 base price.
The City Express is essentially a rebadged Nissan NV200, fit with a few different body panels to give it unique style. Under the hood is a 2.0-liter inline-four-cylinder engine that makes 131 hp and 139 lb-ft of torque, mated to a CVT.
The van packs 122.7 cubic-feet of cargo space, a turning circle of 36.7 feet and 1,500 pounds worth of cargo capacity. Standard features on the base model include dual sliding doors, 40/60 split rear cargo doors that open 90 and 180 degrees, 20 interior cargo mounting points, six floor-mounted d-rings and a 12-volt power outlet.
Bumping up to the LT trimmed City Express brings the price up to $24,510, and brings along Bluetooth, cruise control, backup sensors, keyless entry and an available technology package. That package includes a 5.8-inch touchscreen in the center stack, navigation, a USB input jack, a backup camera and satellite radio.
The City Express’ sister vehicle, the 2014 Nissan NV200 carries a base price of $21,100, a full $1,750 cheaper than the Chevrolet.
