2015 Scion FR-S Handling Enhanced
Toyota is adding some upgrades to the Scion FR-S for the 2015 model year, which will bump the base price up by $200 to $25,655.
To help improve handling, Scion is installing a more rigid front suspension and re-tuning the rear shock absorbers to reduce body roll and increase the responsiveness of the car. A shark fin antenna has been added to improve aerodynamics and the exhaust tips are now larger and are more flush with the rear bumper.
On the inside, a new dashboard panel with a carbon fiber look has been added along with a new key design and automatic headlights.
Despite complaints about lack of power, the engine is still a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine 200 hp and 151 lb-ft of torque.
Pricing for the FR-S starts at $25,655 including destination, which gets you a manual transmission model. Bumping up to the automatic brings the price to $26,755.
