The 5.3-liter V8 provides 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque and can handle up to 11,500 lbs of trailer weight. The most powerful engine in the lineup is a 6.2-liter V8 with 420 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque. The smaller V6 engine will return up to 24 mpg on the highway while the V8s will range from 16 mpg in the city and 23 mpg on the highway.
