2015 Ford Fusion Gets Slight Price Increase
The new 2015 Ford Fusion is getting a small price increase over the 2014 model, and now starts at $23,225 including destination.
That represents a $430 increase over the previous model year Fusion. The hybrid model is also getting a larger price tag, tacking on an extra $225 bringing the price to $27,300. Pricing for the Fusion Energi stays the same at $35,525.
For 2015, the Fusion is dropping its 1.6-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine in favor of a 1.5-liter EcoBoost. That also means that the manual transmission, which was exclusively available with the 1.6-liter, is also discontinued for the Fusion. That leaves three choices, a 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder engine, a 1.5-liter EcoBoost inline four-cylinder engine and a 2.0-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder engine. All three of the engines are linked to a six-speed automatic transmission.

Lastly, the base-model Fusion gets 16-inch 10-spoke alloy wheels and a new six-way power adjustable passenger seat.
