Ford Mustang 50 Years Limited Edition Raises $170K at Auction
A special edition Ford Mustang has raised $170,000 for charity.
The final production Ford Mustang 50 Years Limited Edition sold for $170,000 at the Barrett-Jackson Las Vegas auction with proceeds benefiting Get Your Heart Racing, a fundraising event supporting Henry Ford Health System’s Edith and Benson Ford Heart & Vascular Institute. Sporting badge number 1,964, the limited Mustang was sold to Jack Fairchild.

The Mustang 50 Years Limited Edition is based on the 2015 Ford Mustang GT fastback and includes a performance package with six-piston Brembo brakes, 19-inch wheels and Pirelli P-Zero tires.
