Paul Walker’s Dad Suing Roger Rodas’ Family Over Cars

Paul Walker’s death is now turning into a legal battle over his exotic car collection.

Paul Walker III, father of the deceased actor, says Roger Rodas’ family is holding $1.8 million worth of exotic cars. Walker is demanding that the cars or cash is released immediately. Legal documents filed by Walker III claim the Rodas estate is in possession of numerous vehicles that belonged to his son and that the cars were all fully or partially owned by Paul Walker.

Both Walker and Rodas shared ownership of AE Performance, a shop that specializes in customizing cars and aftermarket parts. It is likely that many of the vehicles being fought over were under the company’s ownership and Rodas’ family has rejected the claim so it will likely head to court for a decision.
