Mercedes GLE63 AMG Heading for Detroit
Mercedes is bringing its latest high-speed AMG creation to the 2015 Detroit Auto Show.
The Mercedes GLE Coupe was revealed last month and now we know that the high-performance GLE63 AMG will be making its debut to the world at the Detroit Auto Show thanks to a video posted on the brand’s Facebook page. Although the video doesn’t say it, Mercedes posted the clip with the caption, “A first glimpse of one of the highlights we’ll present at #NAIAS next week.”
Powering the new crossover will almost certainly be the 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 that also does duty in the ML63 AMG, where it puts out 518 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque.
