2016 Kia Optima Revealed

Kia just released the first image of its all-new Optima mid-size sedan before its official debut next week during the 2015 New York Auto Show.

It will be available with “multiple engine choices” and a more spacious interior than the current generation that also offers more premium materials and new technologies to the nameplate, Kia said in an email today.

The manufacturer did not disclose specific details about the car, its powertrain or what any of those technologies are.

Earlier this month, the company showcased its Sportspace concept, a station wagon with largely similar styling cues that could preview an estate version of Optima for that market.
