Former Ford Boss Earned $22 M in 2014
Former Ford CEO Alan Mulally earned roughly $22 million in 2014, making a five percent decrease over the year before.
Current Ford CEO Mark Fields earned $18,596,497 last year as the American automaker earned a pre-tax profit of $6.3 billion. His compensation included a base salary of $1,662,500, stock awards, options, a $3,185,000 bonus and other performance-based awards. Last year, Fields earned $10,170,578 as the company’s chief operating officer and took over as CEO on July 1, 2014 as Mulally’s successor.

The company achieved 91 percent of its total 2014 targets, including automotive revenue, automotive operating margin, operating-related cash flow, profit before tax and quality.
