Mercedes Pickup to be Built by Nissan
Nissan will reportedly build the first Mercedes-Benz pickup truck.
The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the Mercedes-Benz pickup will be based on the Nissan Navara architecture and Daimler will provide technology, including four- and six-cylinder powertrains. The two people familiar with the situation that spoke with the Wall Street Journal did say that discussions between both automakers are at an advanced stage, but details are “still being worked out.”
