Jeremy Clarkson Returns to BBC as Guest Host

Jeremy Clarkson will be back on the BBC in a few weeks, but he won’t be talking about cars. 

The recently ousted host of Top Gear will return to television to guest host Have I Got News for You on 24 April. “Jeremy’s contract has not been renewed on Top Gear but he isn’t banned from appearing on the BBC,” a BBC spokesman said.

Clarkson has appeared on the satirical news quiz show before on numerous occasions.

The host was dropped from Top Gear after a “fracas” occurred with producer Oisin Tymon that left Tymon with swelling and a split lip. A police investigation has been conducted and no charges were filed against Clarkson.
