Batman’s Tumbler Batmobile Replica on Sale in Dubai for $1M
With a new Batmobile starring in Batman vs Superman, it seems that the old Tumbler just isn’t cool anymore.
That’s the reason why the owner of this Tumbler Batmobile replica is putting it up for sale in Dubai, saying that he plans on building a new Batmobile based on the one featured in the upcoming movie. Powered by a 5.7-liter engine sourced from a Chevrolet Corvette, the Tumbler replica has a top speed of 155 mph and sports more than 500 horsepower. According to the owner, it is actually registered and can be legally driven on roads in the United Arab Emirates.

Similar to the vehicle in the movie, this Tumbler replica can raise the front end at high speeds, creating the same spider effect seen in Christopher Nolan’s trilogy. The rear tires measure 44 inches in height while the front is outfitted with a pair of 18.5-inch Hoosier tires. The doors open up like the Gullwings on a Mercedes-Benz SLS and there’s a collection of cameras to help cover blind spots for the driver.
There’s even a faux jet engine in the rear that can spit out flames through a switch, thanks to propane tanks located behind the radiators on each side of the car.
Not surprisingly, the owner claims he’s received interest from collectors all around the world. Something tells us it wouldn’t be legal to drive in the U.S. though.
