Did the Pagani Zonda Revolucion Just Set a New Nurburgring Record?
The Pagani Zonda Revolucion has reportedly lapped Nurburgring in 6:30.
Pagani has a thing for Nurburgring lap times, with the Zonda R holding the overall record with a lap time of 6:47.50. But the Zonda R is technically a non-street-legal machine, which means in terms of production vehicles, the Radical SR8 LM is the fastest with a lap time of 6:48.
But none of that really matters now if an Instagram post is to be believed, with the Zonda Revolucion clocking a 6:30 lap at the world-famous Green Hell.

An image of a Pagani Zonda Revolucion was posted by user lamborghiniks sporting a Nurburgring decal depicting a 6:30 time. Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed, it would make the Pagani Zonda Revolucion the fastest overall time and fastest production vehicle since it was produced to the tune of five units. Of course it isn’t quite street-legal everywhere in the world and even though it’s based on the Zonda R, it’s a good 17 seconds quicker.
Additional fast-times have been set by the Porsche 918 Spyder with a 6:57, while Lotus recently tested its 3-Eleven with a 7:06 lap time.
