There’s a New Ultra-Luxury Range Rover that Costs $245K
The 2016 Land Rover Range Rover just got even more expensive thanks to British gun maker Holland & Holland.
Only 30 units of the 2016 Holland & Holland Range Rover will be sold in the U.S., with each one fetching $245,495.
To claim such a price, the Holland & Holland edition is based on the already opulent SVAutobiography version of the luxury SUV, which means power comes from a supercharged V8 with 550 horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque.
Distinct style comes from body-colored handles and grille, a unique shade of green for the exterior and Holland & Holland badging. Inside, specially engraved brightwork is found with the acanthus scroll design found on many Holland & Holland rifles. The diamond pattern from the fore end of those rifles is also found on the dashboard.

All the wooden veneers in the SUV are made from French walnut, the same wood used in Holland & Holland gun stocks. Tan leather, branded stitching, unique floor mats, illuminated sill plates and a special luggage area cover also make the interior of this edition unique.
Fitted in the rear of the Holland & Holland Range Rover is a deployable, locking, leather-trimmed gun case which can accommodate two firearms.
“The whole SVO team is very proud of this car, a bespoke design, which perfectly meets the very particular needs of Holland & Holland customers,” said John Edwards, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover Special Operations. “This shows the huge potential of SVO, which encapsulates both off- and on-road performance as well as luxury and craftsmanship.”
The Holland & Holland Range Rover will arrive in the U.S. starting in Spring of 2016.
