Ford Adds New Features, Amazing Color Options to GT350
Ford has added three new colors to the GT350’s paint palette for the 2017 model year. Along with the new paint options, Ford will make several content changes as well.
Ruby Red Metallic, Lightning Blue and Grabber Blue have been brought in to replace the disappearance of Deep Impact Blue and Competition Orange.
Ford will also make Lightning Blue available as “Over-the-Top” stripe options. Lightning Blue with Race Red Accents can be optioned on Shadow Black, Magnetic and Oxford White cars, while Lightning Blue with Black Accents will be made available with Avalanche Grey, Shadow Black, Magnetic, Race Red and Oxford White.

The Track Pack option from the 2016 model year will now become standard – every GT350 will roll out of Flat Rock with an all aluminum tower-to-tower brace, engine oil, transmission and differential coolers, high-downforce spoiler and, most importantly, the MagneRide magnetic dampening suspension. This means buyers won’t have to choose between maximizing track performance and creature comforts.
Ford will also debut two new available packages: The Electronics Package includes the new SYNC 3 system, with voice-activated navigation and nine-speaker audio system. The Convenience Package includes the same options, but replaces the manual Recaro buckets with leather-trimmed power sport seats.
Order banks for model year 2017 should be open at this point, with production expected to begin in June.
