Mercedes Offers a Small Glimpse of its New Pickup Truck
Mercedes-Benz has released a short video teasing its upcoming pickup truck concept.
Expected to take the GLT nameplate, the German automaker will unveil its pickup truck on October 25 in Stockholm. Up until now, all we’ve seen are spy photos of the Mercedes-Benz pickup truck, sporting heavy camouflage to conceal its body lines. But this video gives us an idea of the styling direction Mercedes will head towards as it enters an all-new segment for the brand.

What we can see are swept-back headlights that are similar to what’s found on the Mercedes-AMG GT, complemented by a large mesh grille. The front end has an aggressively protruding front spoiler, similar to the GLE. We also only get a short glimpse of the cab, but it’s enough to further suggest that the luxury pickup will be based on the Nissan Navara, as rumored.
Check back next week for more details on the Mercedes-Benz Pickup Truck Concept once it debuts in Sweden.
