Hyundai’s Popular Sedan is Getting a Facelift
Expect to see the 2018 Hyundai Sonata to sport an updated front end.
Spy photographers have caught the facelifted Hyundai Sonata during cold weather testing, sporting what appears to be a new grille design, updated headlights and a restyled front bumper, along with new tail lights in the rear. It’s also likely the Korean automaker will give the rear bumper some slight changes considering it is heavily camouflaged. But since it is a mid-cycle refresh, don’t expect to see any major changes to the overall profile of the Sonata until the next-generation model arrives.

Expected to debut in the second half of 2017 before it heads to dealerships as a 2018 model year, the facelifted Sonata should also see some minor changes in the cabin to go with an updated infotainment system.
