Arie Luyendyk Jr is The Bachelor

Looking for love in all the wrong places.

Somehow The Bachelor is now heading to its 22th season and Arie Luyendyk Jr. will be the one taking on the role. The race car driver has raced in the IndyCar series and has been an X Games medalist, but now everyone will be watching him on TV while women compete for his love.

Luyendyk Jr. is actually not a stranger to the series and was the runner-up on Emily Maynard’s season of The Bachelorette in 2012.

His name might sound familiar if you follow motorsports. He is indeed the son of two-time Indianapolis 500 winner Arie Luyendyk.
