Lamborghini’s SUV Makes Some Noise in Latest Video

Lamborghini wants to make sure the world knows its Urus SUV has sports car DNA.

Set to make its debut early next week on December 4, the Lamborghini Urus has been the focus of several teaser videos over the last couple weeks. The latest from the Italian automaker has chief technical officer Maurizio Reggiani explaining how Lamborghini was challenged to transfer its supercar DNA to the SUV. “The lines of the Urus embrace the full heritage of our super sports cars displaying shapes and design criteria that are typical of a Lamborghini,” Reggiani says in the video. “Another important aspect is of course the sound of the vehicle, which changes significantly between the three different modes Strada, Sport, and Corsa.”
