2018 Lexus RX 450h Gets a Significant Price Cut, Less Standard Features
The 2018 Lexus RX 450h is $7,340 cheaper than the 2017 model.
Priced from $46,690 including destination, the 2018 Lexus RX 450h AWD is now only $1,025 more expensive than the RX 350 AWD. To make that price cut a reality, the Japanese automaker removed numerous standard features from the hybrid crossover, including the leather and heated/ventilated seats. In addition, a moonroof is no longer standard and a navigation system is not included on the base model. Lastly, blind spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert is also additional.
According to CarsDirect, re-adding all the previously standard features costs $52,975 which is still $1,055 less than the 2017 model’s base price. The change gives buyers more choice, especially if some didn’t want a moonroof or fancy heated and ventilated seats.
