2019 Dodge Charger Teases its New Front End

America’s only four-door muscle car is getting a facelift for the 2019 model year.

Just yesterday, spy photographers caught the 2019 Dodge Charger Hellcat testing for the very first time near SRT’s headquarters. Now, the American automaker has released the first official teaser image for the updated sports sedan, which Dodge says “is doubling down with upgrades inside and out for the 2019 model year.”

One of the major changes is an all-new grille design up front, giving the Charger a more sinister-looking appearance. Dodge says the grille was designed to accentuate visual width and reflects Charger customers’ continuous demand for standout exterior design.

Unfortunately those are all the details Dodge has released on the 2019 Charger, but did promise more information will come this summer. Along with the revamped exterior, expect to see refinements inside the cabin and updated tech for the sedan.

Earlier this month, Dodge released a teaser for the 2019 Challenger Hellcat, which appears to be receiving a new hood featuring twin air intake scoops.
