AutoGuide.com’s Sami Haj-Assaad Wins 2 Journalism Awards

AutoGuide.com is proud to share the news that Sami Haj-Assaad has won two awards at the annual Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC) Gala.

Sami won the Video Journalism Award presented by Integrated Automotive Experience for his video on the BMW i8, which you can see below and he also scooped up the Automotive Writing Award presented by Wakefield Castrol (Technical Topics) for his in-depth piece on Mazda SkyActiv-X.

A few AutoGuide.com contributors also took home some awards. Jeff Wilson’s epic photography scored him the Pfaff-Pirelli Photography Award and he also won the Automotive Writing Award presented by Wakefield Castrol (Vehicle Testing). Justin Pritchard was named the Journalist of the Year and Lesley Wimbush also won the Julie Wilkinson Motorsport Journalism Award presented by Kal Tire.
