2015 Honda CR-V to Hit Dealers Next Week With CVT
The 2015 Honda CR-V will go on sale on October 1 with a mildly revised exterior meant to make it look bolder and more aggressive.
Honda made the announcement about its on-sale date today without revealing any major details about the 2015 model year. Previously, AutoGuide.com reported that the compact crossover is expected to transition from a conventional automatic to a continuously-variable transmission mated to a 2.4-liter Earth Dreams four-cylinder engine. Honda promises that it will release more details about the mid-cycle refresh on Tuesday, September 30.
Don’t be surprised if the updates also include the company’s smartphone powered HondaLink system and its side-view mirror camera based LaneWatch safety technology.
